The Regeneration Strategy Division and the Urban Regeneration Support Center of Yangsan-si, Gyeongnam, held AI utilization training sessions on the 7th and 21st at the Yangsan-si Workers' Welfare Center by inviting professional instructors to enhance the work capabilities of their staff.
This training was organized to enable employees to respond quickly and promptly to various tasks encountered in the field, reflecting the latest practical skills and knowledge such as basic AI theory, use of automation tools, and practical application methods to improve job adaptation and competencies.
In particular, by learning AI technology theories and utilization methods to understand changing work technology trends and experience various application methods, it is expected to increase employees' work efficiency and productivity and establish a system that can be applied to practical work through diverse information collection methods and sharing.
A Yangsan-si official stated, “We expect employees to gain valuable experience by learning how to use AI in problem-solving and decision-making processes and directly applying it to their work,” adding, “We will continue to do our best for sustainable operations by strengthening the capabilities of Yangsan-si and the Urban Regeneration Support Center staff.”
