Barun Law Firm (Chief Attorney Lee Dong-hoon) will hold a seminar titled "Successful Asset Succession Strategies Through Recent Case Law" at 2 p.m. on the 5th of next month in Conference Hall A3, 2nd floor of the Textile Center Building in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The seminar, hosted by Barun EP Center (Estate Planning Center), will analyze the latest case law related to inheritance, gifting, and business succession, and present succession plans and tax-saving strategies for successful asset succession.
Cho Woong-kyu, Head of Barun’s Asset Succession Division, will analyze recent case law related to inheritance, gifting, and business succession, while Kang Woo-seok, an accountant at Anse Accounting Corporation, will present changes in tax-saving strategies based on recent case law.
Attorney Han Seung-yeop of Barun will analyze cases related to the market value of unlisted stocks, and Attorney Kim Hyun-kyung of Barun will present an understanding of guardianship systems for asset management and various utilization methods.
Head Cho stated, "With recent amendments to the Inheritance and Gift Tax Act and the accumulation of related case law, the paradigm of asset succession strategies is undergoing significant change," adding, "Through this seminar, companies will be able to find practical solutions for successful asset succession."
