According to Dongbu Construction on the 24th, Munsuro Centreville Edulice will be supplied at 1151-1 Sinjeong-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City, consisting of 4 buildings with 3 basement floors and 35 above-ground floors, totaling 368 households. All units have an exclusive area of 84㎡. The number of units by type is △84㎡A 101 units △84㎡B 68 units △84㎡C 131 units △84㎡D 68 units.

Starting with special supply on the 4th of next month, the first priority subscription will be on the 5th, followed by the second priority subscription on the 6th. Winners will be announced on the 12th of the same month, and official contracts will be conducted over three days starting from the 24th.

For first priority subscriptions, applicants must be at least 19 years old, have held a subscription savings account for more than six months, and meet the deposit requirements by region and area. Residents of Ulsan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and Gyeongsangnam-do can apply regardless of the number of houses they own. The resale restriction period is six months from the announcement date of winners, with no restrictions on re-winning or mandatory residence.

The sale price is set from the mid-600 million KRW range based on the exclusive area of 84㎡.
