No Restrictions on Age, Major, Gender, or Height
Jin Air announced on the 24th that it will recruit new cabin crew members in the first half of 2025. The application period is until the 4th of next month.
Applicants must be graduates or expected graduates with corrected vision of 1.0 or higher and have no disqualifications for overseas travel. They must also submit official language proficiency scores of TOEIC 550, TOEIC Speaking IM1, or OPIc IM or higher.
There are no restrictions on age, major, gender, or height. Proficiency in foreign languages such as English, Japanese, or Chinese, and high-level achievers of the 'National Fitness 100' program conducted by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation are given preference.
The selection process includes document screening and video interview, first interview, artificial intelligence (AI) competency test, second interview, health checkup, and physical fitness test. The physical fitness test is replaced by the National Fitness 100, and the final successful candidates are scheduled to join in May. For more details, please check the Jin Air recruitment website.
The cabin crew members hired this time will undergo about nine weeks of systematic training after joining before starting their duties. During the training period, specialized education will be provided, including scenario-based practical training related to aviation safety and security, as well as training to enhance in-flight service and passenger response skills.
