The Damyang-gun Cultural Foundation announced on the 24th that it will conduct an integrated open call for the Living Culture Revitalization Support Project for 14 days, from the 25th of this month to the 10th of next month, targeting professional cultural artists (groups), institutions, and local community organizations.
This year, for the first time, the Living Culture Revitalization Support Project will be conducted through an integrated open call. The purpose is to promote cultural activities in the daily lives of residents, revitalize the local community through diverse cultural participation, and improve quality of life.
The eligible projects are: ▲ Living Culture Arts Club Support Project 'Byeolseureon Dongari' ▲ Visiting Culture and Arts Support Project 'Damguseok Munhwa Baedal'.
'Byeolseureon Dongari' aims to recruit living culture and arts clubs active in Damyang, with the goal of autonomously fulfilling cultural needs in daily life and promoting the revitalization of living culture through connections with local tourist attractions. 'Damguseok Munhwa Baedal' aims to provide all residents in every corner of Damyang's towns and villages with opportunities to experience high-quality culture and arts, and will recruit both local demand organizations in Damyang wishing to participate and professional cultural artists (groups) from across the country.
Project announcements and application forms can be downloaded from the foundation's website notice board, and applications can be submitted by email or in person.
A foundation representative stated, "We will strive to ensure that residents can enjoy artistic activities in their daily lives, participate in various events, and fully experience culture."
