App Launches with Rebranding Concept
Curation Reflecting Korean Sensibility

Shinsegae International's lifestyle brand JAJU announced on the 24th that it has revamped its official online mall and mobile app to strengthen communication with customers and enhance convenience.

JAJU is undergoing rebranding as a brand optimized for the modern urban lifestyle of Koreans. Accordingly, the online mall has been redesigned as a space that offers curation with a Korean sensibility, along with content containing wisdom and solutions for life.


JAJU simplified the main page and emphasized visual design to increase attention. It also highlighted the story and usage of each product developed through thorough analysis of Korean lifestyles.


It also offers unique curation reflecting Korean sensibility. Various special exhibitions are held featuring products that combine traditional materials with modern designs, tailored to seasons, locations, anniversaries, and lifestyles. For example, the ‘Korean Detergent Recipe’ presents products infused with traditional wisdom rooted in our lives, along with their stories. These include kitchen detergents using rice water ingredients, bathroom cleaning detergents with white vinegar effective for removing water stains, and kitchen cleaning detergents containing domestically fermented grain distillates.


The category menu was reorganized from 12 to 8 to improve convenience, allowing customers to search for products more easily and quickly. New menus such as ‘Lookbook,’ where customers can view the latest fashion collections through photo shoots, ‘Events,’ featuring customer events and special exhibitions, and ‘Magazine,’ offering unique curation, were also added.


To celebrate the renewal of the online mall, JAJU is holding a customer appreciation event. Until the 3rd of next month, a 15% double coupon exclusive to the JAJU mobile application (app) will be issued to all customers. Additionally, from the 27th until the 9th of next month, customers who leave supportive comments about the new look of the JAJU online mall on the event page will be entered into a draw to win ‘pajamas.’
