Recently Revealed Giving Birth "Five Months Ago"
"Musk Has Met the Child Only Three Times"
A woman in her 20s, who recently revealed that she gave birth to Elon Musk's (54) 13th child, the CEO of Tesla and head of the U.S. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has filed a paternity and custody lawsuit against Musk.
On the 22nd (local time), U.S. media outlets including People reported that Ashley Saint Claire (26), a conservative influencer, filed a paternity confirmation and custody lawsuit in a New York court the day before to confirm that Musk is the father of her child.
According to the complaint, Musk has met his 13th child only three times so far. Saint Claire claimed, "Musk did not even witness the childbirth process and has not been involved in raising the child at all." It appears that Saint Claire initiated the lawsuit recently because she has been unable to contact Musk. Earlier, on the 14th, Saint Claire posted on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), stating, "I gave birth to a baby five months ago," and "Elon Musk is the (child's) father."

Their relationship began in May 2023. Saint Claire became pregnant with Musk's child in January of last year and gave birth in September of the same year. Musk met the baby for the first time on September 21 last year for two hours, and then for another hour the following day. However, after a 30-minute meeting on November 30 last year, Musk has reportedly not seen the baby since. Saint Claire said, "Musk did not request to meet the child first, nor did he ask for photos of the baby or inquire about hospital visits."
Saint Claire attached text messages exchanged with Musk and photos of Musk holding the baby to the lawsuit documents. In these messages, Musk said on November 24 last year, "I want to impregnate you again," and in February, "Let's have another child."
Saint Claire also stated that she named the baby using her own surname instead of Musk's. She claimed that this decision was made because Musk requested that his name not be listed on the child's birth certificate.
Additionally, Musk sent a text message to Saint Claire, who was requesting meetings, saying, "I face assassination threats every day. After Trump, I am the second assassination target," and "This is not the time to indulge in sentimentality at the expense of my safety. If I make a mistake in security, the child will never know who their father is."

Musk is reportedly not responding to contacts from not only Saint Claire but also his former partner and mother of three children he had with her, singer and songwriter Grimes.
On the 20th, Grimes appealed on X, "Please respond regarding our child's medical issues," adding, "Musk is ignoring all texts, calls, and emails. If we do not respond immediately, the child will suffer disabilities for life." Grimes did not specify the nature of the child's medical problems.
Until now, Musk was known to have at least 12 children. He has six sons with his first wife, writer Justine Wilson; two sons and one daughter with Canadian singer Grimes, whom he dated after divorcing his second wife; and twins through sperm donation with Neuralink female executive Shivon Zilis, a neuroscience startup founded by Musk. Media reports also surfaced in June last year that he had a third child with Zilis. However, his first son died early from sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).
