Three Major Mobile Carriers Announce iPhone 16e Official Subsidies Ranging from 45,000 to 250,000 Won

The three major mobile carriers have set the official subsidy for Apple's new budget model, the 'iPhone 16e,' launching on the 28th, at up to 250,000 KRW.

The iPhone 16e will be officially released on the 28th. It will be available in white and black colors, with storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. The price starts at 990,000 KRW.

According to the telecommunications industry on the 21st, the official subsidies from the three carriers for the iPhone 16e range from 45,000 KRW to 250,000 KRW depending on the plan.

Additionally, when including extra subsidies provided by retailers (15% of the official subsidy), the total subsidy consumers receive can increase up to 287,500 KRW.

KT offers the largest official subsidy, providing between 60,000 KRW and 250,000 KRW depending on the plan. SK Telecom offers between 45,000 KRW and 138,000 KRW, and LG Uplus offers between 52,000 KRW and 230,000 KRW.

However, these are the announced official subsidies and are subject to change.
