30% Discount Benefits on Rural Experience and Recreation Villages
for External Tourists

Uiseong-gun, Gyeongbuk announced on the 21st that it will offer a 30% discount on accommodation, experiences, and meals for external tourists using rural experience and recreation villages to attract urban tourism demand to rural areas and revitalize the stagnant rural experience tourism.

The rural experience and recreation villages currently offering the discount benefits are a total of eight locations: ▲ Gyocheon Village and Taeyang Village in Angye-myeon ▲ Mangyeongchon Village in Danmil-myeon ▲ Geummaneul Village in Geumseong-myeon ▲ Ilsanjadugol Village in Bongyang-myeon ▲ Banghak Didilbanga Village in Danchon-myeon ▲ Milseong Village in Dain-myeon ▲ and Uiseong Cheonghak Village in Sinpyeong-myeon.

Each village provides opportunities to heal in nature along with experience events that highlight local characteristics.

Kim Jusu, the mayor of Uiseong-gun, said, "We are ready to welcome visitors with various experience contents unique to each village and improved customer service," adding, "We ask for much interest and visits so that urban residents can create special memories in the countryside."
