Sh Suhyup Bank Launches 'Sh Professional Business Partner Loan'
Unsecured Loans of up to 500 Million KRW Available for Eligible Borrowers Meeting Credit and Transaction Requirements
Sh Suhyup Bank announced on the 21st that it has launched a new loan product exclusively for professional business owners called 'Sh Professional Business Partner Loan.'
The Sh Professional Business Partner Loan targets designated professional sole proprietors such as doctors, pharmacists, veterinarians, lawyers, accountants, and patent attorneys. It offers preferential treatment on both loan limits and interest rates by considering income and creditworthiness, supporting up to 90% of the required funds for facility financing.
If the borrower meets credit rating and certain transaction requirements, the Sh Professional Business Partner Loan provides preferential collateral loan limits and allows unsecured loans up to 500 million KRW. Additionally, newly established businesses can receive extra unsecured loan limits when using guarantee-backed collateral loans.
The preferential interest rate is offered up to 0.4 percentage points (p), and the loan term can be set for up to 20 years, enabling long-term fund management.
A representative from Sh Suhyup Bank stated, "The Sh Professional Business Partner Loan offers higher limits and lower interest rates so that professional sole proprietors with stable income can experience more flexible financial services. Sh Suhyup Bank will continue to launch various products to provide more convenient financial benefits to professional business owners, small and medium-sized merchants, self-employed individuals, and fishermen."
