Recruitment of Participants to Begin Next Month Through Cheongnyeonmaru
Namyangju City in North Jeolla Province has been selected for the Youth Growth Project hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
According to the city on the 19th, the Youth Growth Project is a customized growth program that supports 1,400 young people aged 15 to 45 in Namwon City and the Jirisan area, offering assistance from self-understanding to job searching.
This program is designed to provide youth-friendly infrastructure and tailored programs to young people facing difficulties entering society, and includes: ▲Life Design School and mentoring programs for career (re)planning ▲networking exchanges ▲group psychological counseling ▲daily support for NEET youth ▲basic education for newcomers to the workforce, and more.
In particular, after completing the program, participants will be offered continuous employment services through the “Namwon-type Quick Start Project,” a corporate-linked employment program launched during the 8th popularly elected administration.
The city plans to begin recruiting participants for the program next month through the Namwon Youth and Startup Center “Cheongnyeonmaru” and to fully implement the program.
