At this meeting, they listened to the difficulties and grievances of the staff at the city hall civil complaint office, which has been struggling with an increase in malicious complaints recently, as well as those of the staff at the town and township offices and the vehicle registration office counters. They shared opinions on countermeasures and ways to actively implement civil complaint services.
Mayor Na encouraged the hard work of the civil complaint desk employees and requested that the opinions presented be actively reviewed by the responsible departments to come up with improvement measures that the staff can actually feel.
Na Dong-yeon, Mayor of Yangsan City, said, “I appreciate the efforts of our city’s civil complaint officers who strive to respond quickly and accurately to increasingly complex and diverse civil complaint demands. I will do my best to ensure that you take pride in being the face of Yangsan City and can work more safely.”
Yangsan City placed safety personnel in Mulgeum-eup last year and added more in Seochang-dong this year to create a safe civil complaint service environment, with plans to gradually expand this further.
