During their visit to the Chopyeong-dong Theme Communication Path, the council members expressed concerns over potential light pollution caused by the media facade. They also requested that openness and accessibility be fully considered so that residents can use Uncheon Children's Park as a space for community activities.

Afterwards, the members visited the newly installed Screen Park Golf Courses at Pungam National Sports Center and Seo-gu Senior Welfare Center. They agreed on the necessity of installing heating and cooling systems to accommodate both summer and winter weather, and requested that, in addition to cash payments, credit card payments be allowed to enhance convenience for senior users.

At the Screen Park Golf Course in the Seo-gu Senior Welfare Center, where the ceiling height is low, the members confirmed that golf clubs could hit the ceiling during full swings, posing a safety risk. They raised the need to review measures such as attaching warning signs and considering the expansion of ceiling height.

Kim Kyunho, Chairperson of the Planning and Administration Committee, stated, "Welfare facilities for residents yield the greatest benefits when residents' opinions are best reflected. Please make efforts to ensure that the opinions of local residents are fully incorporated through smooth communication with district council members in future projects."
