First-Ever Imported Meat Sold in the 800-Won Range Since Establishment
Lotte Mart announced on the 18th that it will offer imported pork belly and neck (100g, from Canada and the USA) at a special price of 890 won at all stores for one week from the 20th to the 26th.

The event, available to L.Point members, applies benefits when paying with the event card and has a purchase limit of 2kg per person. This is the first time since Lotte Mart's establishment that Canadian and American pork belly and neck are offered in the 800 won range. For this event, Lotte Mart prepared about 100 tons of raw materials through prior consultations with local partners in Canada and the USA starting from December last year. Lotte Super will sell the products in limited quantities at all stores for only four days from the 20th to the 23rd.
During this period, pork front leg meat and Korean beef will also be sold at special prices. First, domestic pork front leg meat (100g, refrigerated) will be offered at a weekend special price of 990 won for two days from February 22 to 23. ‘Australian Clean Beef Chuck Eye Roll (100g, refrigerated)’ and ‘Paldo Excellent Korean Beef Premium All Items (100g)’ will be offered with a 40% discount benefit for L.Point members.
Additionally, Lotte Mart will offer representative fresh foods such as fruits, vegetables, and seafood at reasonable prices. For the winter representative fruit ‘all strawberry items,’ a discount of 3,000 won per pack is provided when purchasing two or more packs. ‘AI Selected Jeju Hwangto Bat Tangerines (1kg, pack)’ will be sold to L.Point members for 9,990 won. ‘Chestnut Sweet Potatoes (1.5kg, box, domestic)’ will be offered at 4,990 won with a 1,000 won discount when paying with the event card, and ‘Iceberg Lettuce (bag, domestic)’ will be sold at 1,990 won per bag with a 1,000 won discount when purchasing two or more bags through the Lotte Mart GO app. Additionally, ‘Snow Crab (100g, refrigerated, Russian origin)’ will be available at a 50% discount for 4,495 won when paying with the event card, and ‘Flatfish Sashimi (350g, domestic),’ suitable for the whole family, will be offered to L.Point members at 27,840 won with a 40% discount when paying with the event card.
Hadonggyun, MD (Merchandiser) of the Livestock Team at Lotte Mart and Lotte Super, said, "Ahead of Samgyeopsal Day on March 3, we prepared the 890 won pork belly and neck event. Since this is the first time in our history that Canadian and American pork belly and neck are offered in the 800 won range, we ask for much interest during this event period, and we will continue to prepare various livestock discount events to ease the burden on customers' shopping baskets."
