Daewoo E&C announced on the 18th that it will sell commercial spaces within the Yeongtong Prugio Tresence and Finever complexes, located in Mangpo-dong, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon City, next month.
The commercial spaces in Yeongtong Prugio Tresence, located in Mangpo 6 District A1 Block, consist of 17 units on a single floor. The commercial spaces in Yeongtong Prugio Finever, located in A2 Block, will be supplied as 19 units. The two complexes have secured a fixed demand of 1,566 households, and within a 1 km radius, there are 23 complexes with a total of approximately 17,500 households.
With many elementary, middle, and high schools nearby, it is expected that various convenience facilities such as academies, food and beverage outlets, and medical clinics can be established. Opposite the commercial spaces, the Mangpo Complex Sports Center will open in April. All units are on the first floor above ground and are designed as storefronts with large windows, which the company expects will facilitate the influx of foot traffic.
The sale will be conducted through a sealed bid auction with a predetermined price. The recruitment announcement will be made on the 7th of next month, followed by bidding and contract signing on the 8th. The bid deposit is 5 million KRW.
