[Tomorrow's Weather] Cold Continues Despite 'Usu'... Morning Low of -10 Degrees

On Tuesday the 18th, which is Usui (Rain Water), a solar term when snow melts and turns into rain, the whole country will be mostly clear with a continuing cold wave.

With a cold wave advisory issued for the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon and the northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk, morning temperatures will remain around -10 degrees Celsius mainly in eastern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, Chungbuk, eastern Jeonbuk, and inland Gyeongbuk for the time being.

The morning low temperature is forecast to be between -10 and -1 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 0 and 6 degrees Celsius. Strong winds will also blow, making the perceived temperature even lower and it will feel colder.

In Jeju Island, less than 0.1 cm of snow or less than 0.1 mm of raindrops may fall from dawn to morning in some areas.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' across all regions.
