Dunlop Sports Korea has opened a directly managed store, 'Dunlop Private Center,' in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

This is the first offline directly managed store following the online official direct-to-consumer channel launched last year. It offers personalized customized services. Golfers are categorized into 72 types, and based on a tailored solution program, individualized spaces, consultations, and services are provided. Customers can experience and purchase a variety of products, as well as enjoy reliable analysis and curation, customization services, and after-sales service (A/S), ensuring high satisfaction.

On the first floor sales area, Dunlop Sports Korea offers golf clubs, balls, and accessories from its brands XXIO, Srixon, and Cleveland Golf, as well as used clubs. There is also a space selling golf apparel and tennis equipment, along with a VIP lounge for private consultations. The Custom Center provides personalized club customization such as shaft and grip replacement and bending. For customers seeking uniqueness, logo coloring on the club head, laser engraving services, and printing various graphics and logos on balls are available.

In the basement first floor analysis area, Dunlop’s proprietary fitting solution, IFC (International Flex Code), offers optimal shaft fitting solutions. Each analysis room is equipped with Korea’s top advanced analysis systems, including TrackMan, GSPI ground reaction force measurement system, 3D motion sensors, and motion plates. If customers are dissatisfied after the analysis, the full analysis fee will be refunded. Additionally, if customers revisit within one month after the analysis, analysis A/S is free of charge.
