On the 17th, Ulsan Ulju-gun held a training session titled ‘Smart Administration with ChatGPT’ at the county office’s Alps Hall to enhance employees' AI capabilities.
This training was planned to strengthen digital administrative capabilities and improve the efficiency of public services by utilizing innovative AI technologies.
With about 300 employees participating, the session was divided into two parts under the theme of ‘Fusion of Efficiency and Creativity.’
The training deeply covered ways to effectively apply rapidly advancing AI technologies like ChatGPT in the public sector, providing practice-centered education so that public officials can apply them in their actual work.
Earlier, Ulju-gun supported employees’ active use of AI tools by distributing paid ChatGPT user accounts to 37 departments last month.
An Ulju-gun official stated, “We plan to continuously conduct quarterly training on public institution application cases and usage methods,” adding, “We will further integrate AI technology into public administration.”
