Kumho Tire Extends Official Partnership with Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors

Brand Exposure at Hyundai Motors' Home Stadium for the 2025 Season

Kumho Tire continues its K League sports marketing through the official partnership extension with Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors.


On the 17th, Kumho Tire announced that it held a signing ceremony on the 16th at Jeonju World Cup Stadium, the home ground of Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, to extend the official partnership. The signing ceremony was attended by Yoon Min-seok, Executive Director of G. Marketing at Kumho Tire, Lee Do-hyun, General Manager of Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, and other related officials.


Founded in 1994 and celebrating its 31st anniversary this year, Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors is the team with the most championships (9 times) in the K League, South Korea’s top professional football league, and is recognized as a prestigious football club representing South Korea. Notably, star players such as Lee Seung-woo, Kwon Chang-hoon, and Song Beom-geun are part of the team, which is regarded as having the highest level of fandom in the K League.

Through this partnership agreement, Kumho Tire will expose its brand on LED boards, fixed boards next to the goalposts, and the official website during league matches held at Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors’ home stadium throughout the 2025 season.


In particular, Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors players will wear uniforms featuring the Kumho Tire logo on the lower back of the jersey during matches. Additionally, Kumho Tire plans to communicate with Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors fans and conduct various brand marketing activities targeting potential customers through customer invitation programs and diverse promotional activities within the stadium.


Kumho Tire also holds official global partnerships with Italy’s AC Milan, England’s Tottenham Hotspur, Germany’s Eintracht Frankfurt, and Czech Republic’s FK Mlad? Boleslav. Kumho Tire has established a strategy to enhance its brand status by increasing various marketing efforts and investments to expand customer touchpoints.
