The strategy is to create new demand and expand domestic and export sales with products featuring Shuyatoya, which has recently gained tremendous popularity among the Gen Z generation aged 10 to 20. The collaborative product attracted attention as one of the hottest beauty items recently, ranking first in Olive Young’s online mall Today’s Ranking immediately after its launch.
The newly released ‘Neogen X Shuyatoya Edition’ consists of three types featuring Shuyatoya on the packaging. The company plans to sell the three best-selling products with Shuyatoya applied to the package design through Neogen’s official online store and major drugstore outlets such as Olive Young.
In particular, the Shuyatoya collaboration cosmetics Niacinamide mask pads and serum are known as Neogen’s undisputed best-selling products. The company explained, “They are global bestsellers popular not only in Korea but worldwide,” adding, “The high content of niacinamide is cited as a key factor for their popularity, as it is effective in creating moist and radiant skin.”
A Neogen representative said, “The Shuyatoya collaboration limited edition products are especially excellent for radiance and whitening care during the changing seasons like now,” and added, “Since the 14th, a hand mirror has also been given as a gift with purchases through Olive Young online.”
Neogen plans to continuously expand its influence in the global beauty market by strengthening marketing that reflects customer needs and trends.
