Duzon Bizon to Host Corporate Settlement Seminar in 2025

First, seminars for Amaranth 10 users will be held from the 25th of this month to March 4th at ATECs nationwide, including Gwangju, Gyeongnam, Busan, Daegu, and Seoul. WEHAGO seminars will take place from the 19th to 21st in six regions including Seoul, Daejeon, and Gwangju. WEHAGO T seminars for tax accounting offices will be held on the 26th and 27th in Daejeon, Changwon, Cheonan, Daegu, Busan, and Jeonju, followed by sessions on March 5th and 6th in Gwangju, Seoul, Incheon, Seongnam, and Jeju. Prior to this, seminars explaining the transition to Amaranth 10 and corporate settlement methods using iCUBE for iCUBE clients will be held from the 17th to 21st in Incheon, Busan, Gwangju, Ansan, Daejeon, Daegu, and Seoul.

In particular, this seminar is expected to showcase an unprecedented paradigm shift in accounting tasks based on ONE AI, a productivity innovation AI tool embedded in the company’s core business solutions, generating great anticipation.

At the event, Duzon Bizon will reveal a business innovation that organizes 90% of the corporate tax adjustment process?from linking accounting and payroll data to preparing corporate tax filing documents and electronic filing via Hometax?in just 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Through a live demonstration using ONE AI, the corporate settlement and simplified accounting settlement processes will be presented, allowing participants to directly experience the innovative corporate tax adjustment process on site.

Furthermore, the seminar will focus not on simple accounting automation features but on how accounting tasks are transformed through actual AI. It will present methods to enhance the efficiency of accounting personnel through functions such as collecting supporting documents, verifying evidence and ledgers before fund execution, AI financial statement analysis and backtracking, and sending debt collection emails. It will also emphasize the significant improvement in convenience and utility for employees in tasks such as expense approval and expense claim preparation.

The early adoption of AI and cloud environments by Duzon Bizon’s major clients, including in the tax accounting field, is largely attributed to the rapid establishment of new work platforms like WEHAGO and Amaranth 10 in the industry. Just as the personal mobile communication market completely shifted from feature phones to smartphones, ONE AI signed contracts with 2,000 clients within six months of its launch, and Smart A, which has been discontinued since 2023 but continues to receive extensive maintenance until the end of this year, is successfully transitioning to WEHAGO.

Despite various alternatives in the accounting program market, the rapid shift of customers from Smart A to WEHAGO reflects the recognition that existing accounting programs have limitations in responding to the advent of the AI transformation (AX) era following digital transformation (DX), and the demand for new service expansions. Smart A has represented domestic accounting programs by continuously enhancing its functions over more than a decade to adapt to changing technologies and business environments, but it has been discontinued according to the software lifecycle, with WEHAGO taking its place.

Intensifying security threats are also a key reason for transitioning to the cloud. When asked which is safer from crimes (hacking) or natural disasters (data damage)?keeping cash (data) at home (company) or in a bank (cloud)?everyone would choose the bank. Duzon Bizon operates as the first private entity designated as a "Personal Information Safe Zone" by the government’s Personal Information Protection Commission. It has objectively verified the safety and reliability of its cloud services by obtaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification and the government’s Cloud Security Assurance Program (CSAP) certification, alleviating security concerns necessary for cloud services.

Offering license and maintenance fees at reasonable prices tailored to each client’s environment, such as features and number of users, also positively influences cloud transition. Accounting programs incur significant costs due to various support activities necessary for smooth use, including wired and wireless consultations, internet consultations, more than four face-to-face training sessions annually, frequent webinars, annual tax law updates, and related feature additions.

A Duzon Bizon official stated, “Given the complex regulatory compliance and the high reliability required for corporate tasks such as data security, AI and cloud transition is an unstoppable trend,” adding, “Through this seminar, Duzon Bizon will support more companies in making strategic decisions to prepare for future uncertainties by providing AI-based solutions centered on business operations.”
