Chung Yong-jin, Chairman of Shinsegae Group, announced that he has purchased all of the E-mart shares held by his mother, Lee Myung-hee, the General Chairwoman of Shinsegae Group.
E-mart disclosed on the 14th that General Chairwoman Lee Myung-hee conducted an off-hours trade of 2,787,582 shares (10%) on the 11th.
The shares held by General Chairwoman Lee Myung-hee were acquired by her eldest son, Chairman Chung Yong-jin.
Through this, Chairman Chung's number of E-mart shares increased to 7,960,493, and his stake expanded to 28.56%.
