On the 14th, Gyeryong Construction announced that subscription applications will be accepted starting from the 19th for the public-supported private rental housing "Elif Okjeong Signature," which will be supplied in Okjeong-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do (Okjeong Residential Development District A-5BL).
Elif Okjeong Signature consists of 9 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 79㎡. In this subscription, 489 units out of a total of 921 units will be supplied.
By exclusive area, the supply includes △59㎡A general 142 units △59㎡B general 5 units △59㎡C newlywed couples 91 units △59㎡D youth share 40 units △79㎡B youth share 211 units. Move-in is scheduled for April.
The subscription schedule starts with youth share special supply applications on the 19th, followed by newlywed couples special supply and general supply applications until the 20th. The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 25th of this month, and the official contract period is from March 6 to 10.
Near the complex, the extension of Seoul Subway Line 7 and the GTX-C line are planned. Additionally, it is adjacent to the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway and the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway. Residents can also enjoy green spaces such as Okjeong Lake Park, Hoeamcheon Stream walking trail, and neighborhood parks.
Furthermore, Elif Okjeong Signature is supplied as public-supported private rental housing, with rental deposits and rents set at 95% or less compared to surrounding market prices. The rent increase rate is limited to within 5% annually, allowing for long-term stable residence. For general supply, the rental deposit for a 59㎡ exclusive area is about 130 million KRW, and the monthly rent is around 120,000 KRW.
