SM Entertainment Donates 300 Million KRW to Community Chest of Korea on Its 30th Anniversary

SM Entertainment donated 300 million KRW to the Community Chest of Korea in celebration of its founding anniversary.

The donated funds will be used to support the healthy development of children from vulnerable groups, including ▶ cochlear implant surgery costs for children with hearing impairments ▶ healthy meal support for children facing food insecurity ▶ learning support for children experiencing care gaps.

Kim Byung-jun, Chairman of the Community Chest of Korea, expressed, “We are grateful to SM Entertainment’s executives, employees, and artists for participating in sharing not only through the continuous donations of their affiliated artists but also at the company level.” He added, “The Community Chest of Korea will continue to strive as a social contribution partner to deliver comfort and hope throughout our society.”
