If you pay local taxes with a BC Card, you can receive a refund of 50,000 Paybook Money and accumulate airline mileage.

BC Card announced on the 14th that it will hold a promotion for customers paying local taxes from the 17th of this month until the 31st of next month.

During the event period, all customers who apply through MyTag and pay 300,000 KRW or more in local taxes with a BC Card will receive up to 50,000 Paybook Money.

According to BC Card, the proportion of local tax payments during the occurrence periods of automobile tax (26.6%) and property tax (39.4%) accounts for 66% of the total. The scale of local tax payments during periods excluding those months also averages 4.9% per month.

Jung Cheol, Executive Director of BC Card, said, "We planned this promotion to provide benefits to customers who pay high local taxes even outside the peak local tax periods," adding, "In this era of high inflation, we will continue to develop optimized marketing for customers through artificial intelligence (AI) and data analysis."

Meanwhile, if local taxes are paid with the 'BC Baro Air Plus Asiana' card, an unlimited mileage accumulation benefit of 300 miles per 1,000,000 KRW is provided. This card accumulates mileage even on cases that are excluded from benefits in most cards, such as local taxes and interest-free installments.
