Balanced Distribution Across All Age Groups
Revisit Rate Reaches 85 Percent
Able Corporation announced on the 14th that its fashion platform 'Ablely' and men's fashion platform '4910 (Saguilgong)' recorded their highest-ever number of users (MAU) in January. The combined number of male and female users on the two platforms exceeded 10 million.
According to app and retail analysis services WiseApp, Retail, and Goods, Ablely's user count surpassed 9.36 million last month, achieving first place in the vertical commerce category. This represents a 20% increase compared to the same period last year. In the integrated rankings of general and specialized malls, Ablely ranked second after Coupang, proving its influence in the e-commerce market.
The user scale by age group also ranked first in vertical commerce. Users in their 20s accounted for 30% (2.91 million), while those in their teens (1.85 million), 30s (1.88 million), and 40s (1.87 million) each made up about 20%, showing a balanced distribution across all age groups. The revisit rate, which indicates customer loyalty (the percentage of users who used the service in the previous month and returned in the current month), was about 85%, ranking first among specialized malls.
The number of 4910 users surpassed 1.37 million in January, setting a record high. Approximately 80% of users were aged between their teens and 30s. The number of new installs in January increased by 40% compared to the previous month, showing the largest growth among men's fashion apps.
Ablely explained that its self-developed ‘AI personalized recommendation technology’ led to the influx of new customers and the lock-in of existing customers. As we enter the era of ‘nano-preferences (preference segmentation),’ the demand for personalized shopping experiences for people of all ages and genders is growing. Ablely is refining its recommendation algorithms based on preference big data. 4910 also adopted Ablely’s recommendation technology to target both male and female consumers.
