Creating a Space for Proper Understanding Without Prejudice Against Disabilities Through Enjoyment of Traditional Games

On the 13th, S-OIL Ulsan Plant held the 'Traditional Games Festival with S-OIL New Employees and Persons with Disabilities' at the Disabled Sports Center in Samsan-dong, Nam-gu.

The event was attended by 47 new S-OIL employees who joined in 2025 and 73 persons with disabilities. The new employees enjoyed traditional games together with the disabled participants and also volunteered to serve meals for them.


Before the event, the 47 new employees underwent disability awareness training to ensure smooth proceedings and to eliminate prejudices against disabilities. Attendees enjoyed traditional games such as Tuho throwing, Biseok hitting, Jegichagi, and Yutnori together, fostering mutual understanding between persons with and without disabilities.


A new employee who attended the event said, “This traditional games event was a great opportunity to enjoy traditional games with persons with disabilities, properly understand disabilities, and eliminate prejudices. I will continue to actively participate in the company's social contribution activities.”
