D.CAMP holds the ‘2025 Super Intern Recruitment Fair’
for 42 startups to address talent shortages
D.CAMP (CEO Park Young-hoon), a growth partner for startups, held the ‘2025 Super Intern Recruitment Fair’ on the 12th at Front1 in Mapo, Seoul, actively addressing the talent shortage in startups. Considering startups struggling with recruitment difficulties and job seekers facing information shortages, the event focused on enhancing mutual understanding and interest to increase the matching success rate between companies and talent.
The recruitment fair saw participation from 42 startups seeking talent and over 200 candidates who applied in advance for startup internships, showing strong interest in talent acquisition and job opportunities. The event started at 1 PM and was divided into three sessions. Following an introduction to D.CAMP’s startup internship recruiter program, 26 startups presented their company profiles, desired candidate qualities, working environments, and employee benefits?addressing key concerns of job seekers. The data-driven talent matching solution ‘24.5’ participated as an operating partner.
This is the second edition of D.CAMP’s Super Intern Recruitment Fair, which began last year. In the previous year, over 1,000 candidates from various fields such as marketing, management, and development participated, contributing to the hiring of 24 people at 16 domestic companies and 11 people at 8 global companies. Following the successful conclusion and positive feedback from the startup industry, this year’s event has been expanded in scale and scope. The fair will be held four times annually, targeting 400 positions across 200 domestic and global companies, with an expected total of approximately 3,400 applicants within the year.
D.CAMP aims to resolve the complex processes and high costs involved in talent recruitment, which are essential yet challenging for startup growth.

This year, we are especially focusing on recruiting startups at the Pre-A and Series A stages, which will bring more vitality to the hiring market.”
Meanwhile, D.CAMP is also preparing a ‘Global Internship Recruiter’ program for startups seeking global talent. Participating startups will be recruited in March, and talent recruitment is planned to begin in April for about a month.
