GS Construction Wins 381.3 Billion KRW Redevelopment Project in Gireum-dong, Seongbuk-gu

GS Construction announced on the 13th that it has won a redevelopment project worth 381.3 billion KRW in Gireum-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.

This project involves constructing apartments and auxiliary facilities consisting of 5 buildings, 877 households, ranging from 5 basement floors to 37 above-ground floors, on the site of 524-87 Gireum-dong.

The construction period is 51 months from the actual start date, and the estimated contract amount corresponds to 2.84% of the consolidated sales for 2023.
