Sharing County Government Updates and Gathering Residents' Opinions
in 11 Towns and Townships from the 14th to the 24th
Yeongam County, Jeollanam-do (Governor Woo Seunghee) will hold the '2025 Innovation Empathy Dialogue with Residents' in 11 towns and townships from the 14th to the 24th.
According to the county on the 13th, this event is organized to share key county government issues with residents and collect their opinions to reflect them in policies, with Governor Woo Seunghee and public officials participating.

The county, which believes it has established the roots of innovation in the community over the past two years and seven months of the 8th popularly elected administration, plans to begin this year's innovation in full bloom with the dialogue with residents, aiming for a greater Yeongam.
This year's dialogue with residents will include the screening of the 'I Like Yeongam' challenge video to promote the region's appeal, a report on the county government's direction and key projects, listening to suggestions and proposals for county development, and an exhibition of processed agricultural products from the region.
The dialogue with residents will start on the 14th in Yeongam-eup and Samho-eup, followed by Gunseo-myeon and Geumjeong-myeon on the 17th, Seoho-myeon on the 18th, Deokjin-myeon, Sijong-myeon, and Dobo-myeon on the 20th, Sinbuk-myeon on the 21st, and Haksan-myeon and Miam-myeon on the 24th.
Governor Woo Seunghee stated, "We will use this dialogue as a platform for 'participatory communication administration' that reflects residents' opinions in policies," and added, "We will continue our efforts to enhance residents' trust through transparent and open county administration, and consistently seek the driving force for regional development and innovation from the residents."
