The Constitutional Court urged the police to investigate an online alumni cafe of Moon Hyung-bae, Acting Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, after controversy arose over the posting of sexual exploitation materials on the cafe.

On the 13th, the Constitutional Court conveyed Moon's position through a media notice, stating, "The cafe is an alumni cafe, and we hope the police will actively investigate this matter. We also request a thorough investigation into the hacking of the cafe."
Recently, controversy arose centered on an online community of supporters of President Yoon Seok-yeol, claiming that about 2,000 obscene materials were posted on an alumni cafe of a high school in Gyeongnam from which Moon graduated. In response, ruling party members such as Rep. Bae Hyun-jin of the People Power Party and conservative groups raised suspicions of Moon's negligence and demanded his resignation from the position of Constitutional Court Justice.
Meanwhile, it is reported that posts appeared on the cafe certifying abusive messages sent to Moon after discovering an obituary post about his mother and obtaining his phone number.
