Surpassed 30,000 Users Within Two Months of Pilot Testing
Sweet Spot announced on the 13th the official launch of ‘POPGA,’ a mobile application that provides real-time popup information and one-stop services.
POPGA is a customized popup curation platform developed based on Sweet Spot’s 10 years of expertise and accumulated data in popup stores. After the web version of POPGA was released in August last year, the mobile app underwent a pilot operation starting in December and was officially launched this month.

The app’s main features include ▲ customized recommendations by region and category ▲ viewing and writing reviews of new and popular popups ▲ real-time user location guidance and popup status browsing ▲ registering favorite popups on a calendar ▲ checking wait times and a queuing system.
Consumers can search for or receive recommendations for popup stores based on their interests through POPGA, and manage their visit schedules and waiting times. Corporate clients can monitor real-time popup congestion and control the number of entrants using the queuing system.
POPGA secured 30,000 users within two months of its pilot operation, and after the introduction of the mobile app, monthly active users (MAU) increased by 200%, proving its differentiated service competitiveness.
