Lotte Wellfood announced on the 13th that it will offer a season-limited product of 'Premium Ghana' for Valentine's Day. Premium Ghana is the upper lineup of the Ghana brand with upgraded quality.
The products introduced this time are two season-limited items in shell-shaped chocolates containing spring season desserts recommended by official ambassador Chef An Seongjae: ▲Premium Ghana Berry Mousse Cake ▲Premium Ghana Lemon Cheese Tart.
The Berry Mousse Cake is in a shell shape, containing a refreshing berry mousse cake inside the chocolate. It has two layers made with raspberry syrup on top of the soft and tangy berry filling, allowing you to enjoy the sweetness of the chocolate and the freshness of the berry mousse cake simultaneously with one bite. The Lemon Cheese Tart replicates the soft taste of a lemon cheese tart inside shell-shaped chocolate. The contents, which embrace the unique tanginess of lemon and the softness of cheese, are enhanced with cookie chips to improve texture and flavor.
