The LiFE2.0 project is an initiative by the Ministry of Education that supports customized admission processes and flexible academic systems so that adult learners can study at universities at their desired times. It aims to help universities develop into lifelong education platforms within their regions. This evaluation was conducted over six assessment areas targeting 12 advanced universities participating in the LiFE2.0 project for two years starting from 2023, and Catholic University scored above average in all indicators.

In particular, Catholic University showed excellent performance in all areas, including establishing a mid- to long-term development plan for the lifelong education system, adult learner capacity-building projects encompassing both the university and local community, establishing regional linkage sharing and collaboration systems, policy research and surveys to discover joint lifelong education tasks, advancement of informatization systems, and systematic operation of the performance management committee.

A representative from Catholic University stated, "This demonstrates that Catholic University is leading the way in building an adult learner-friendly university system and strengthening cooperation with the local community to create an environment where the university and the region can grow together." They added, "We plan to continue expanding various customized programs and linked projects in line with the changing lifelong education demands, contributing to the activation of lifelong learning throughout society."
