Launch of Dining Community 'Baemin Friends 9th Generation'

A total of 126 restaurant owners have participated since 2020

The restaurant owner community ‘Baemin Friends,’ where members share experiences and grow together, has officially started its activities for 2025.

Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baedal Minjok, announced that on the 11th, they held the 9th Baemin Friends inauguration ceremony at the Baemin Academy Seoul Center located in Songpa-gu, Seoul. The ceremony was attended by the newly selected 9th generation members as well as owners from previous generations.

Baemin Friends is a community supported by Baemin to help restaurant owners share know-how and experiences and grow together. It has been active since October 2020. Including the 15 members selected this time with a competition rate of 7 to 1, a total of 126 owners have participated so far.

The owners starting their activities as Baemin Friends this year will share their experiences, concerns, and business know-how through regular meetings held twice a month until June. They will also listen to advice from restaurant industry experts through special lectures prepared by Baemin and learn strategies that can be applied to their actual businesses. In addition, they will participate in various programs such as workshops, visits to famous restaurants, and volunteer activities.
