Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced on the 11th that it held the H Leaders CEO Seminar, an event that evaluates and awards outstanding partner companies.
Marking its 14th year, this event was attended by representatives from 200 excellent partner companies under H Leaders and 42 top-rated companies in each sector under H Prime Leaders, along with Hyundai Engineering & Construction CEO Lee Han-woo and key executives. Hyundai Engineering & Construction presented certificates and appointment plaques to each selected partner company. Eight outstanding companies that achieved results in safety, quality, process, cooperation, and technology received additional benefits such as trophies, prize money, bonus points in comprehensive evaluations, and exemptions from bidding restrictions.

At the seminar, Hyundai Engineering & Construction shared management status, safety and health management strategies, and procurement policies. The company stated that they also discussed response measures for partner companies to overcome uncertain market conditions and ways to strengthen capabilities for each company. Roh Byung-chun, president of the Korea Strategic Leadership Institute, gave a special lecture on Admiral Yi Sun-sin, who demonstrated excellent strategy and leadership during times of crisis.
To support the liquidity of partner companies, Hyundai Engineering & Construction operates a win-win growth fund worth approximately 166 billion KRW, while also providing consulting, reward systems, and technology exhibitions. Hyundai Engineering & Construction CEO Lee Han-woo said, "Since the achievements in the construction industry are made on-site, it is important to enhance on-site execution competitiveness," adding, "Let us all, Hyundai Engineering & Construction and our partner companies, focus on the basics, share various on-site improvement ideas, and strengthen a culture of cooperation and communication to create win-win results."
