The Largest Discount Event of the Year
Considering Increasing Frequency from Twice to Up to Four Times This Year
Lotte Shopping's e-commerce platform Lotte ON announced on the 12th that it will hold the first 'Lotte ON(ON) World Shopping Festa' event of the year from the 17th to the 23rd.
The Lotte ON(ON) World Shopping Festa is the largest annual discount event since 2020, involving Lotte affiliates and Lotte ON partners. Although the event was held once each in the first and second halves of the year, this year, considering the high exchange rates and inflation, the number of events may increase up to four times to ease household burdens.
From the 12th to the 16th, prior to the event start date, visitors who purchase over 100,000 KRW will receive a 10,000 KRW discount Naver Pay shopping cart coupon. The shopping cart coupon can only be used on the Lotte ON app on the event start day, the 17th. Only one 10,000 KRW shopping cart coupon will be issued per ID.
During the event period from the 17th to the 23rd, a 'Shopping Support Fund Event' will be held. This is a 100% winning event where customers can receive up to 20,000 L.POINTs daily just by visiting the Lotte ON app without making a purchase. Among the applicants for the shopping support fund, customers who agree to receive app push notifications will be eligible for a daily lottery to receive up to an additional 50,000 points. On the first day of the event, the 17th, some beauty brands such as Kiehl's, Espoir, and La Roche-Posay will also hold a first-come, first-served purchase gift event with up to 20% discounts.
Kim Eun-su, head of the Synergy Marketing Office at Lotte ON, said, "The ON World Shopping Festa marks its fifth year as Lotte ON's largest annual event. Especially in the first half of 2025, we are preparing two events to ease household burdens amid high inflation."
