The Gangbuk-gu Dong New Year's Meeting is an event where the mayor and key officials from the district office visit each neighborhood to communicate directly with residents. On this day, Mayor Lee held a 'Dialogue with Residents' session at the Samyang-dong Community Center and Seongsil Church in Suyu 3-dong, listening to residents' suggestions and answering their questions personally.
About 200 residents attended each New Year's meeting, showing great interest. Residents actively voiced their opinions by asking questions on various issues such as improving the residential environment, expanding transportation infrastructure, and revitalizing the local economy. The Gangbuk-gu Dong New Year's Meetings will be held sequentially in all 13 neighborhoods of Gangbuk-gu until the 20th of this month.
