Kwangju Bank (President Ko Byungil) announced on the 11th that as of the end of December last year, the cumulative average return of its discretionary Individual Savings Account (ISA) model portfolio (hereinafter referred to as MP) ranked first among all banks since its launch.

According to the discretionary ISA returns disclosed by the Korea Financial Investment Association in December last year, Kwangju Bank recorded a high-risk MP return of 62.62%, a medium-risk MP return of 41.02%, and a low-risk MP return of 21.75%, achieving the highest cumulative average return among banks.

The Kwangju Bank discretionary ISA management team is analyzed to have generated greater synergy in performance improvement by adopting an investment strategy that includes early allocation to assets related to growth industries expected to lead future growth in advanced countries, combined with enhanced risk management strategies.

The discretionary ISA is a comprehensive asset management product that integrates various types of assets into a single account, pursuing both stability and profitability through professional management and diversified investment. In addition, it is attracting attention as a customized investment product for clients, as it offers tax benefits and flexible responses to changes in the financial market.

Kim Honghwa, head of WM Customer Department, said, "Despite uncertain economic conditions at home and abroad, we have achieved excellent results through our advanced country investment strategies and thorough risk management," and added, "We will continue to do our best to ensure that more customers can benefit through proactive return management."
