The Seosan City Council in Chungnam held an editorial committee meeting for the ‘Seosan City Council Legislative Newsletter’ on the 4th floor Council Operations Committee meeting room on the 10th.
The meeting was presided over by Han Seokhwa (Chairman of the Council Operations Committee), who serves as the ex officio chair of the editorial committee. Discussions were held regarding the editorial direction and review of the proposed composition for the newsletter.
Additionally, the committee reviewed the status of bill processing, municipal administration questions, five-minute free speeches, proposals, and resolutions from the 297th temporary session to the 300th 2nd regular session, which will be included in the 17th issue of the ‘Seosan City Council Legislative Newsletter’ summarizing legislative activities for the second half of 2024.
Han Seokhwa, the chair of the editorial committee, stated, “We aimed to capture the footsteps of the 9th Seosan City Council’s leadership over the past six months,” and added, “We will do our best to publicize our council members’ legislative activities and deliver useful news as a channel for communication with Seosan citizens.”
Meanwhile, the editorial committee for the Seosan City Council Legislative Newsletter consists of four Seosan City Council members and seven external experts.
