NH Nonghyup Capital said that CEO Jang held the ceremony to encourage outstanding employees who actively participated in volunteer activities throughout the year. Awardees were selected based on a comprehensive evaluation of volunteer hours and participation frequency.
CEO Jang said, "Employees contributed to advancing beyond being a simple financial company to becoming a company that practices the Nonghyup identity," adding, "We will continue to support sharing without hesitation."
Bandut-i is an organization launched by NH Nonghyup Capital employees in May of last year. It has engaged in environmental cleanup, support for marginalized groups, and community service activities. The organization’s name carries a dual meaning: it represents employees growing to think and act correctly through social contribution activities, and it also implies a firm commitment to 'definitely' achieve this.
NH Nonghyup Capital plans to support the spread of a voluntary service culture among its employees and continue social activities for rural areas, farmers, and local communities.
