Emphasizing Lemon Flavor with Added Lemon Color and Illustrations
On the 10th, Lotte Chilsung Beverage announced that it has revamped the packaging of its fruit sparkling liquor 'Lemonjin' for the first time in about four years since its launch in 2021.
This redesign was planned to clearly showcase the characteristics of Lemonjin, which is infused with whole lemons, delivering a rich lemon flavor and refreshing taste. The lemon-shaped background is highlighted in yellow, and lemon illustrations were added to visualize the manufacturing process of infusing whole lemons and the lemon flavor. The pen drawing in the background was simplified, and the alcohol content is placed in the center of the product to make it easy to check product information.
Lemonjin is a fruit sparkling liquor infused with whole lemons, available in various alcohol contents of 4.5%, 7%, and 9%. Since its launch in May 2021, sales have continuously increased by more than 40% annually until December last year. The advertisement featuring singer Ahn Yujin has also surpassed approximately 6.5 million cumulative views on Lotte Chilsung’s official YouTube channel as of the end of last month.
A Lotte Chilsung official said, "The new packaging applies a striking yellow color and a simple design to emphasize Lemonjin’s unique manufacturing process and distinctive freshness," adding, "We plan to actively communicate to enhance consumer satisfaction for those who enjoy sparkling liquor without burden and to raise brand awareness as a lemon sparkling liquor."
