Pharmaceutical company Daewoong is recruiting for a 'Growth-Oriented Internship' linked to employment in the first half of 2025.
According to Daewoong on the 10th, this internship aims to hire young talented individuals with high growth potential to expand youth employment experience and provide opportunities to build knowledge about the job. The recruitment fields cover all departments including sales, marketing, research, production, and management.
The most important hiring criterion emphasized by Daewoong in this internship recruitment is 'growth potential.' Rather than the amount of experience, the key is whether the candidate has the willingness to immerse themselves in work and grow together with Daewoong. While most companies focus on hiring experienced professionals who can be immediately deployed and deliver quick results, Daewoong values a learning attitude more and plans to discover talents ready to grow together with the company.
During the six-month internship period, Daewoong assigns 'meaningful tasks' that allow interns to experience key practical work in the field and provides opportunities to carry out major projects with mentors. In this process, interns can learn how to work by receiving continuous developmental feedback from leaders and mentors. Developmental feedback is one of Daewoong’s key HR systems, where strategies and methods to achieve goals are discussed monthly with leaders, reinforcing strengths and addressing areas for improvement.
Additionally, various online and offline programs are prepared, ranging from 'online live recruitment briefings' to 'current employee job consultations.' The online live recruitment briefing held on the 10th will feature current employees who have experienced the internship and recruitment officers, who will answer applicants’ questions in real time.
On the 12th and 13th, Q&A sessions with current employees by job category will be held at Daewoong’s smart office.
The internship recruitment process proceeds in the order of ▲document screening ▲aptitude test ▲interview. The interview is conducted in a 'one-day (1-day)' format, where both competency and job interviews are held on the same day. Generally, if an applicant fails the first interview, they cannot proceed to the second, but the one-day format allows applicants to experience all interviews and demonstrate various competencies.
Lee Chang-jae, CEO of Daewoong Pharmaceutical, said, "Regardless of career experience, if you have the will and execution power for learning and growth, Daewoong is a place where infinite opportunities and excellent rewards open up," adding, "We hope this internship becomes a win-win opportunity for Daewoong and applicants to get to know each other and leads to hiring outstanding talents."
