The Korea Local Assembly Service Award is given by the Council of Chairpersons of City, County, and District Councils in Korea to local assembly members who have made significant contributions to the development of their communities.
Assemblyman Choi was recognized for his efforts in focusing on urgent projects directly related to residents' lives and improving the unfair living conditions in island areas, contributing to balanced regional development and enhancing the quality of life for the county residents.
