GH Supplies 97 Units of Yeoncheon BIX Gyeonggi Happy Housing

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is conducting an additional recruitment of tenants for the ‘Yeoncheon BIX Gyeonggi Happy Housing’ being built in Yeoncheon-eup, Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi Province.

Gyeonggi Happy Housing is public rental housing supplied at 60-80% of the surrounding market price to ensure housing stability for vulnerable groups such as young people, university students, newlyweds, the elderly, and housing benefit recipients.

The housing units supplied this time are industrial complex type with exclusive areas of 25㎡ and 36㎡, and the number of households to be recruited is a total of 97 households: ▲31 households for industrial complex workers ▲33 households for youth ▲33 households for the elderly.

Yeoncheon BIX Gyeonggi Happy Housing, located in the industrial complex, is close to Yeoncheon Bus Terminal, Yeoncheon Station (Line 1), and Jeongok Station (Line 1), and there are abundant convenience facilities nearby such as Hanaro Mart and traditional markets.
