Training Construction Experts Through In-House Program
No Age or Experience Required... Applications Accepted Anytime

Hanssem announced on the 7th that it is recruiting home interior construction experts called 'SigongPro'.

Hanssem SigongPro are experts who directly carry out interior product installations on site. Traditionally, becoming a construction expert involved an apprenticeship system under a skilled technician, but Hanssem has developed its own incubating system to directly train experts.

Once accepted after applying to SigongPro, candidates undergo about three weeks of training in theory, skills, and service at Hanssem Academy located nationwide. Afterwards, they receive on-site experience and practical training for 6 months to 1 year as assistants supporting construction technicians. When their construction skills reach a certain level, they become master technicians, and later can further refine their skills to become Hanssem’s construction masters or start their own companies.

Since establishing Hanssem Academy in 2021, Hanssem has produced over 3,000 SigongPro experts. The opportunity to acquire specialized skills and the benefit of earning income proportional to work without unnecessary overtime have continuously attracted younger generations. The proportion of applicants in their 20s, which was about 17% of total applicants in 2021, has increased to 35% in 2024.

SigongPro recruitment is ongoing. The available fields are kitchen construction and bath construction. Regardless of age or experience, anyone can apply by accessing job search services such as JobKorea or Saramin, or by searching 'Hanssem Academy' on portal sites.
