Wellbiotech announced on the 6th that it has filed a complaint against a former executive for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (breach of trust).
The accused is former CEO Gu Mo. The amount involved in the allegation is 3.6 billion KRW, which is 5.64% of the company's equity capital.
