NBT announced on the 6th that its consolidated sales for the fourth quarter of last year reached 28.83 billion KRW, an increase of about 1% compared to the same period last year.
During the same period, operating loss was 1.12 billion KRW, slightly reduced from the previous quarter, continuing an improving trend. However, net loss for the period was 1.7 billion KRW. The company explained that this slight increase was due to accounting factors such as the revaluation of held unlisted stocks.
A company representative stated, "Despite the challenging market environment, our core business continues to maintain steady growth. Considering our cash holdings and real estate assets, our financial soundness remains at a good level. This year, we plan to focus on sustainable growth by strengthening our core business competitiveness and achieving meaningful results in domestic and international markets."
NBT operates various ad tech solution businesses, including the leading domestic reward platform ‘CashSlide’ and the global offerwall platform ‘Addison’, mainly in North America and Asia. In particular, the global offerwall business, which utilizes big data and artificial intelligence (AI)-based advertising optimization technology, has continued steady sales growth last year by leveraging country-specific customized advertising solutions as a competitive advantage.
