Seosan City Council Holds Policy Meeting with Lawmakers... Discusses Six Agenda Items

Two Executive Briefings and Four Council Member Consultation Items

The Seosan City Council in Chungnam held its first policy meeting for February at the council members' office on the 5th.

During the meeting, a total of six agenda items were discussed in advance, including two briefing materials from the executive branch and four items for council members' consultation.

The council listened to the executive branch's explanations on the following: approval of the public property management plan for the Seosan Yecheon District public parking lot (Chorok Square) development project, and approval of the (amended) Seosan Hope Park Columbarium expansion project.

Furthermore, four agenda items were included in the council members' proposals, such as the partial amendment to the Seosan Small Business Support Ordinance (proposed by Council Member Kim Maengho).

Chairman Cho Dongsik stated, "This policy meeting was held to establish a basis for providing business normalization funds to small business owners facing management difficulties," and added, "We will do our best to protect small businesses, which are the foundation of the local economy."
