An Increase of 10,000 KRW from Last Year
140,000 KRW Support Per Person
Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, is implementing the "2025 Integrated Cultural Voucher (Munhwa Nuri Card) Support Project" to support the cultural rights enjoyment of basic livelihood security recipients and lower-income groups.
The Munhwa Nuri Card is a program that guarantees various cultural, tourism, and sports activities to members of low-income households aged 6 and above (born on or before December 31, 2019). This year, the support amount has been increased by 10,000 KRW from last year to 140,000 KRW per person.
Existing users who maintained their eligibility last year will have the 140,000 KRW support amount automatically recharged without a separate application process. The remaining balance can be checked through the Munhwa Nuri Card website, application, Munhwa Nuri Card customer center, and Nonghyup Card customer center.
New recipients this year, those who did not use the full support amount after card issuance last year, or those whose cards were lost or expired and thus were not automatically recharged, can apply by visiting the eup/myeon administrative welfare center with an ID or through an online application.
Card issuance is available until November 30, and the card can be used from the date of issuance until December 31 at Munhwa Nuri Card affiliated stores nationwide, both online and offline.
Representative affiliated stores in the area include intercity bus terminals, train stations, bookstores, photo studios, hanbok shops, pensions, hot springs, and sports equipment stores. Detailed affiliated store information can be checked through the official Munhwa Nuri Card website, mobile app, and Munhwa Nuri customer support center.
